What emotion do you experience the most?
I guess calmness, if that’s an emotion. Or chillness. I do find myself panicking a lot. I don’t do well with uncertainty. It’s kind of like not having your feet on the ground. You hover above it. You know the ground is there, but I’m a little more comfortable with my feet on the ground.
What’s your idea of perfect happiness?
I think my idea of perfect happiness is a balance of happiness and all the other emotions. I feel like too much of anything becomes bad for you and it kind of loses its value. If I’m happy all the time, then happiness loses its value. Surely, I want to be happy all the time but it’s not realistic.
If you could go back in time and tell your younger self one thing, what would it be?
Definitely try harder. I had people in my life when I was younger that tried to push me. We didn’t really see eye to eye, and I let that hinder our relationship. Now I see that they were trying to help me. But they weren’t going about it in the best way. Younger self, try harder. Stay committed.
If you could describe yourself as a pair of shoes, which would you choose and why?
The first pair of shoes that came to mind were the Nike Flight-posites. Specific color I would say carbon and red. I had these shoes when I was in high school. It was a really durable shoe, but at the same time they were really lightweight. I was able to do things I didn’t think I was able to do with such a light pair of sneakers. Much like myself, I seem to surprise myself a lot. And I’m adaptable.
What do you work on in your free time?
Something that I work on in my free time. I would definitely say my music. My craftmanship in terms of music. That’s just around all spectrums. I like to produce. I like to rap. I like to sing. Generally, I formulate ideas in my head and I practice working on that craft.
If you could have one superpower, what would it be and what would you use it for?
I would definitely teleport. I know it seems like a typical cliché answer, but I would never buy a metrocard again. I would never buy a metrocard again. I want to go to Africa, I’m there. Asia, I’m there. Boom.
If there was on thing you’d want people to know, what would it be?
Just being open minded. I realized that everybody is a human being. Everyone has their own morals and values that they live by. Common sense is not such a common thing because everyone knows something that someone else doesn’t. When you meet people and come with an open mind, it allows you to build. It’s a better platform to build a relationship on if you come open minded.
