- Perfect happiness is filling your life with people that care about you. The lack of insecurity: financial insecurity, social insecurity, relationship insecurity. I feel like once I have that comfort/certainty, that’s where I find a lot of my happiness.

- It’s ok to not be a part of the mix. I think when I was younger, I was pretty consumed with having a bunch of friends and things of that sort. Now that I’m older, I understand more about valuing yourself. Enjoying time with yourself and people that are close to you. Not trying to be at every party, because they all kind of start to blend together when you’re looking at them from a larger perspective.

- When I meet people for the first time, usually the questions are like “what do you do for a living?” or “where do you go to school?” I think when people find out that I’m a paralegal or that I’m in law school, they assume that my personality is business causal. That’s not the case at all. I like to joke around and tell jokes.

- On bad days, my first instinct is to be by myself. Shut myself into my room and do nothing. Maybe watch Netflix or something like that. Now I kind of feel like less is more. Having quality experiences over the quantity of experiences, friends, and so forth. That’s been how I’ve changed over the past five years.
